The Rethink Hub provides the Websites as a service, sale of digital products and community membership (“The Services”) to user subject to the following terms of Use (“Terms”).

If you do not agree with all of the provisions of this agreement, you cannot use the Services. To remove any doubt, in the event of any conflict or discrepancy between these Terms and conditions and any other provisions and/or terms and/or otherwise between THE RETHINK HUB and you, the provisions and the terms of these Terms of Use will prevail. This website is owned and operated by The Rethink Hub, based in Florida, USA. The Websites are available for use at locations outside the United States. Access to Content is prohibited from territories where the Content or products available through the Websites are illegal. User may not export the Website or its Content or products in violation of United States export laws and regulations. If user access the Site from a location outside of the United States, user is responsible for compliance with all local laws if, and to the extent, local laws are applicable.

    This website sells digital products, services and community membership (“The Services”) for which user may be asked to provide information relevant to user’s purchase including name, last name, email address, credit card information.

Payments for the purchase of any product can be done with the use of PayPal, and Credit cards payment – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, etc. By providing a credit card or other payment method that we accept, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third party payment processor) to charge your payment method for all charges you incur for the purchase of any Subscriptions or other Products (including any applicable taxes and other charges) (each such purchase, an “Order”). You are responsible for, and agree to pay, all such charges.   1. User Indemnity of The Rethink Hub

User agree to indemnify, defend and hold the rethink hub, its officers, directors, employees, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, service providers and others acting in concert with it, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including without limitation reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by user or on user behalf or by any third party due to or arising out of (a) user connection or submission to or use of the websites or the content; or (b) user violation of these terms of use, any applicable laws, or the rights of the rethink hub or any third party.

  1. User Generated Content

Communications Services: We may have a Linkedin, Teachable, Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, Twitter Patreon and Youtube page and the Website may have blogs, chat areas, forums, comments, rankings, sweepstakes, contests, games, communities, calendars, and/or other message or communication facilities that are designed to enable user and others to communicate with The Rethink Hub and other user of the Website (collectively, “Communication Services”). User acknowledge that user submissions to the Website may be or become available to others. User agree only to post, send, and receive messages and materials that are proper and related to the particular Communication Service and to adhere to these.

User agree that the following actions are prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Use of or reliance on User Materials is entirely at user own risk. The Rethink Hub does not endorse any User Materials nor vouch for their reliability. Under no circumstances will The Rethink Hub be liable in any way for any User Materials.

User acknowledge that The Rethink Hub may or may not pre-screen User Materials, but that it and its designees have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse, edit, modify, delete and/or move any User Materials that are available via the Website. By making a Submission, user grant The Rethink Hub and its licensees, assignees and designees an irrevocable, assignable, fully sub-licensable, perpetual, world-wide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, non-exclusive license, in their sole discretion, to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, combine, adapt, publish, translate, rent, lease, sell, publicly perform and publicly display user Submission (in whole or in part), along with user name or any part thereof and city/town/village of residency, in The Rethink Hub’s discretion, on the Website or elsewhere, and to use or incorporate all or any part of user Submission into other advertising, promotion, research, analysis or other materials in any format or medium now known or later developed. User hereby waive any right to inspect such use and any claims based on privacy, publicity, defamation, misappropriation, intellectual property or similar claims for any use of user Submission.

In consideration for your acceptance of this Agreement and your payment of all applicable Fees  as specified in these terms, THE RETHINK HUB grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, revocable downloadable license to access and use the Site, the Services and the digital online course contents solely for your own personal purposes.

You may access and use the Site, Services and digital online course contents only in accordance with any instruction manuals, user guides and other documentation as made available by THE RETHINK HUB from time to time (“Documentation”).

This is the grant of a downloadable license, is not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

    1. modify or copy the materials;
    2. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website;
    3. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the digital course content materials; or
    4. Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format

The laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law principles, shall apply to any dispute between us, except as to matters relating to arbitration, which shall governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Any arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association and will take place in Florida, U.S.A.

The Rethink Hub shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control or unforeseen circumstances such as acts of nature or God, fire, flood, earthquake, accidents, strikes, war, terrorism, governmental act, failure of or interruption in common carriers (including without limitation Internet service providers and web hosting providers) or utilities, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials.

  1. Miscellaneous

These Terms and the Privacy Policy set forth the entire understanding and agreement between user and The Rethink Hub with respect to the subject matter hereof. If any provision of the Terms or the Privacy Policy is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms or the Privacy Policy shall remain in full force and effect. Headings are for reference only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section. The Rethink Hub’s failure to act with respect to any failure by user or others to comply with these Terms or the Privacy Policy does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar failures. User may not assign or transfer these Terms or the Privacy Policy or user rights or obligations under these Terms or the Privacy Policy without the prior written consent of The Rethink Hub, and any assignment or transfer in violation of this provision shall be null and void. There are no third-party beneficiaries to these Terms or the Privacy Policy.
