The Rethink Hub provides the Websites as a service, sale of digital products, and community membership (“The Services”) to users subject to the following terms of Use (“Terms”).

If you do not agree with all of the provisions of this agreement, you cannot use the Services. To remove any doubt, in the event of any conflict or discrepancy between these Terms and conditions and any other provisions and/or terms and/or otherwise between THE RETHINK HUB and you, the provisions and the terms of these Terms of Use will prevail. This website is owned and operated by The Rethink Hub, based in Florida, USA. The Websites are available for use at locations outside the United States. Access to Content is prohibited from territories where the Content or products available through the Websites are illegal. Users may not export the Website or its Content or products in violation of United States export laws and regulations. If users access the Site from a location outside of the United States, they are responsible for compliance with all local laws if, and to the extent, local laws are applicable.

About the Rethink Hub

THE RETHINK HUB has created a platform to inspire people in their lives and businesses. The RETHINK HUB platform shall sell digital courses and/or contents online. When users choose to complete an order on the website, we will grant them the license to download our content in soft copies. These contents can come in the form of PDFs/Docs/Contents, videos, Blogs, and Worksheets. Users also have the license to stream and watch the content online. To effectively provide these services to users, THE RETHINK HUB has created www.rethink-hub.com (“The site or Website”).

THE RETHINK HUB and any representative or employee of the aforesaid make no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the suitability of the information contained on this website for any purpose. The material on this site is exclusively for personal use.

Purchases

This website sells digital products, services, and community membership (“The Services”) for which users may be asked to provide information relevant to their purchase, including name, last name, email address, and credit card information.

Payments for the purchase of any product can be done with the use of PayPal and Credit cards payment – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, etc. By providing a credit card or other payment method that we accept, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for all charges you incur for the purchase of any Subscriptions or other Products (including any applicable taxes and other charges) (each such purchase, an “Order”). User Indemnity of The Rethink Hub

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold The Rethink Hub, its officers, directors, employees, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and others acting in concert with it, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including without limitation reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by users or on users’ behalf or by any third party due to or arising out of (a) users’ connection or submission to or use of the websites or the content; or (b) users’ violation of these terms of use, any applicable laws, or the rights of The Rethink Hub or any third party.

User Generated Content

Communications Services: We may have a LinkedIn, Teachable, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Patreon, and YouTube page, and the Website may have blogs, chat areas, forums, comments, rankings, sweepstakes, contests, games, communities, calendars, and/or other message or communication facilities that are designed to enable users and others to communicate with The Rethink Hub and other users of the Website (collectively, “Communication Services”). Users acknowledge that their submissions to the Website may be or become available to others. Users agree only to post, send, and receive messages and materials that are proper and related to the particular Communication Service and to adhere to these.

Prohibited Actions: Users agree that the following actions are prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Under no circumstances will The Rethink Hub be liable in any way for any User Materials.

Users acknowledge that The Rethink Hub may or may not pre-screen User Materials, but that it and its designees have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse, edit, modify, delete, and/or move any User Materials that are available via the Website. By making a Submission, users grant The Rethink Hub and its licensees, assignees, and designees an irrevocable, assignable, fully sub-licensable, perpetual, world-wide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, non-exclusive license, in their sole discretion, to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, combine, adapt, publish, translate, rent, lease, sell, publicly perform, and publicly display users’ Submission (in whole or in part), along with their name or any part thereof and city/town/village of residency, in The Rethink Hub’s discretion, on the Website or elsewhere, and to use or incorporate all or any part of users’ Submission into other advertising, promotion, research, analysis, or other materials in any format or medium now known or later developed. In consideration of your acceptance of this Agreement and your payment of all applicable Fees as specified in these terms, THE RETHINK HUB grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, revocable downloadable license to access and use the Site, the Services, and the digital online course contents solely for your own personal purposes.

You may access and use the Site, Services, and digital online course contents only in accordance with any instruction manuals, user guides, and other documentation as made available by THE RETHINK HUB from time to time (“Documentation”).

This is the grant of a downloadable license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • modify or copy the materials;
  • attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website;
  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the digital course content materials; or
  • transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time. Governing Law and Disputes

Users knowingly waive any right to participate in any form of “class,” “joint,” or “representative” litigation (including in any “private attorney general capacity”) against The Rethink Hub. The laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law principles, shall apply to any dispute between us, except as to matters relating to arbitration, which shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Any arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association and will take place in Florida, U.S.A.

Force Majeure

The Rethink Hub shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control or unforeseen circumstances, such as acts of nature or God, fire, flood, earthquake, accidents, strikes, war, terrorism, governmental act, failure of or interruption in common carriers (including without limitation Internet service providers and web hosting providers) or utilities, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

Miscellaneous

These Terms and the Privacy Policy set forth the entire understanding and agreement between users and The Rethink Hub with respect to the subject matter hereof. If any provision of the Terms or the Privacy Policy is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms or the Privacy Policy shall remain in full force and effect. Headings are for reference only and in no way define, limit, construe, or describe the scope or extent of such section. The Rethink Hub’s failure to act with respect to any failure by users or others to comply with these Terms or the Privacy Policy does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar failures. Users may not assign or transfer these Terms or the Privacy Policy or their rights or obligations under these Terms or the Privacy Policy without the prior written consent of The Rethink Hub, and any assignment or transfer in violation of this provision shall be null and void. There are no third-party beneficiaries to these Terms or the Privacy Policy.
